Diabetes and Cushing Syndrome
– Soft tissue mass in patient with Diabetes and Cushing syndrome.
– Cushing’s syndrome is a hormone disorder caused by high levels of cortisol in the blood. This can be caused by taking glucocorticoid drugs, or by tumors that produce cortisol oradrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) or CRH.
– Long term use of Prednisone for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
– Biopsy of tumor
– Ulceration in other leg with infection
– Debridement
– Skin very friable
– Skin graft
