– Abx times 2 months. Ciprofloxin, Clindamycin, Vancomycin
– Admission to Hospital Loreno 2 weeks.
– Transfer to Hospital Regional
– Septic upon admission to Medicine, Trauma
– Emergency surgery with amputation of midfoot
– Resistant to Ciprofloxin, Clindamycin, Vancomycin
– Spetic Coma
– Secondary surgery with debridement
– Transfusion with three units whole blood
– Three weeks Abx Meropenem Life Saving
